Are the materials in your products safe?
Our materials are non-toxic, have excellent toughness, and some are also degradable, which will have minimal impact on your cosmetic formulas. Therefore, we inspect the quality of all incoming materials before starting production so that users can have a better experience when using one of our products!

How do I know the size and material of the product?

Are these products available in other colors/styles?
Some of our products are in stock in other colors/designs, and of course, if you are interested in a custom project, we can help your vision become a reality. Please send an email (ashley@jasminepackaging.com) with your customization details.
Can you send samples?
Of course, please tell us which product you would like to inquire about. We can send out the samples soon if they are in stock.
How can I determine if your packaging is suitable for my cosmetic formula?
We can provide samples for testing first, or you can send us the formula, and then we will do our best to help you through the testing process.
How do you test your cosmetic packaging?
Our goal is to provide qualified cosmetic packaging, so machine and manual testing is performed on each product, starting from the internal structure of the product to after it is assembled into a product. Vacuum testing is the most common, in the automated assembly line, we will first have the first test, followed by water testing, to ensure that each product will not cause functional problems when it reaches the customer.
How to fill cosmetic packaging?
Machine filling (suitable for large quantities). Manual filling (small quantity is available, we can provide filling tools, such as syring, funnel or dropped, etc.)
Customization & Printing
Can I use my custom logo for screen printing or marking on your packaging?
Of course, we can not only customize the logo, but also customize other items for printing. We can compelete the printed sample within 3-7 days.
Can I determine the effect of logo printing in advance?
Normally, we can give you a preview of the printed logo on the product on the same day for your reference.
What printing way you can do?
You just need to send us your logo or ideas, we will take care of the rest. We can print logos on most of our cosmetic packaging, including Hot-stamping, Heat Transfer, Anodized, UV metalized, Emboss, Deboss, and Painting/Coating finish.
Do you have a designer for custom graphics?
No, our designers only provide the layout of the content for product printing.
Do you have the paper box for packing?
We not only have paper boxes, but also velvet bags, paper tubes, pet boxes and bubble mailers. Sizes and colors can be customized.
How do I go about getting labels and secondary packaging for my containers?
For secondary packaging, you can work with packaging design companies or packaging manufacturers, or negotiate with us to customize the label design and material you need.

How long is the delivery time?
If there is a custom request, our team expects to complete your order within 35 work days, and once the production is complete, we will send it to you via the shipping method that we agreed on before.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are related to many factors, such as cargo weight, shipping method, and real-time freight rates. we can check the different shipping options before delivery
